Manned Guarding Service

Sentinel is not a security manpower provider, but Sentinel delivers security service through an integrated security system based on professional security manpower. Our system is designed to create a safe and secure atmosphere for all our clients at all times.

How does the system work?

Sentinel's security system consists of three main components - qualified manpower, equipments/tools and standard operating procedures. The integrated and systematic relationship and processess between these components will result in the kind of service we desire and that is to create a feeling of maximum secureness for all our clients at all times.

Once our fully trained and qualified security officers are placed at a strategic location, it means that this process will begin and other processes will follow automatically.

(SO) Security Officer's main task is to control and ensure that persons and assets are protected against theft, vandalism and illegal entry or other hazards. They are also trained to act prudently in emergency situations such as illness, fire, safety hazard or other unusual situations. They do know exactly what proper course of action to take when something happens, because they are all well trained in the systematic and comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOP) by Sentinel's very own SOP instructors.

QAT (Quality Assurance Team) is an independent team in Sentinel's organization. The aim is to make visits to sites irregularly for the purpose of analyzing and reviewing the design and application of the security system, and recommending improvement if any.

CCT (Client's Care Team) is a team whose functions are to create and maintain an excelent working relationship with all our clients at all times, to take immediate follow-up actions of claims and complaints from unsatisfied services rendered and to cater to our clients' needs and wants. By rendering these services, we make improvements from past claims and complaints and all these are done to our clients' satisfaction.

RR (Regular Reporting) is done on a regular time basis. We provide reports for the clients, such as static report for daily activity and security situation at site, QA report, Client's Care Department report, etc.

Benteng is a 24 hours central monitoring service that monitors the readiness and dicipline of our security officers, that monitors the security situations at all locations and that gives follow-up instructions properly and correctly when an emergancy or incident happens at location.

The main activities at Benteng are:
